We don't actually manually provide Guild housing to players manually, you need to find an empty Guild House, buy it and move in, unfortunately if all the guild houses are bought then there isn't much that can be done until we have a Guild house wipe.

Yeah, at the moment there are problems with the guild houses. It should be fixed soon, I'm looking into it and also maybe in time we'll add more guild houses.
